  • This sport-specific conditioning class will teach you to identify compensation patterns and replace them with functional movement patterns. This class blends principles of kinesiology, yoga asana, biomechanics, motor control development, and mobility. You'll go through a joint mobility/core re-education warm-up before moving on to a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) circuit that goes through a series of bodyweight drills, followed by decompensation stretches.

    All levels welcome.

  • This very slow paced class offers gentle movements and longer holds with the use of props to assist rest, nourish the nervous system and bring your focus inward. A great compliment to a busy lifestyle, an active yoga practice, and other athletic pursuits.

  • Yin is a practice focused on the deep connective tissues in the body. Floor postures are held 3-5 minutes in a slow-paced, meditative class. Supportive of joint mobility and internal body systems, it encourages unwinding of tension. Yin brings a balance to your active lifestyle on or off the mat.

    All levels welcome.

  • This class will introduce you to mindfulness practices that can be incorporated into daily life. A great way to improve awareness, relieve stress, and promote well being.

    All levels welcome.

  • Sun salutations is a set series that focuses on waking up the body and calming the mind. A practice that’s foundational for all levels, this class provides an opportunity to anchor the mind in the body with invigorating movement and breath. • Aerial Yoga is a unique practice of moving through shapes and inversions using a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. Instructors will guide students in and out of poses in an intentional progression throughout class. Classes will have up to 17 students and 1-2 instructors depending on the class. Please wear a shirt with sleeves to protect armpits. Avoid wearing clothing with zippers or lots of attachments for comfort. Leave jewelry at home to avoid it getting caught in the silk fabric.

Any missed class registrations will result in a $5 no show fee.

    Level 1:

Explore ways a suspended aerial yoga hammock can assist floor-based yoga postures. Aerial yoga is a great way to decompress the spine while building strength and flexibility in the body. We will explore various yoga poses, mobility exercises and stretches using the support of the aerial hammock.

    All levels welcome.

    Level 2:

This class will build on the fundamentals taught in Aerial Yoga Level 1 and will introduce intermediate or advanced aerial postures, including inversions. Previous aerial experience required. If you are brand new to aerial yoga, check out our Aerial Level 1 class.

Prerequisites: Five aerial level 1 classes (or instructor permission) and ability to invert independently.

  • This all levels flow class is designed to help balance your body and your practice. The first 45 minutes of practice will include a warm up and a moderate paced flow. The last 30 minutes will be a slow, yin-inspired sequence designed to help release tension and calm your nervous system.

    All levels welcome.
