A four-week progressive training series for climbers of underrepresented genders—including cis and trans women, trans men, non-binary people, and others who are marginalized in climbing spaces.
Build confidence and community while:
Creating a supportive space for female-identifying and gender-diverse climbers
Developing technical climbing skills
Training on and off the wall to strengthen your foundation and improve performance
Recommended Level:
Familiarity with Bouldering 101 concepts
Comfortably climbing V1+ (yellow dot climbs)

THE INSTRUMENTAL BODY: NEW YEAR SOUNDBATH + MEDITATION
As we prepare to close one year and open ourselves to the next, join Saya for this sound bath and meditation designed to honor your body, mind, and spirit. "The Instrumental Body" offers you a peaceful space to release the past year’s energy, reconnect with your inner self, and set intentions for the new year.
During the session, we will dive deep into a guided breathwork and envelope in an immersive wave of sound, where crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments create resonant vibrations to calm your mind and encourage deep relaxation. These frequencies will guide our bodies into a meditative state, fostering a sense of clarity and renewal.
Join us and celebrate the year’s end with a mindful transition, letting go of what no longer serves you and welcoming the possibilities of the year ahead.
All levels welcome.

STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS
During this 4-week 60-minute workshop, strength & running coach Bridget Walsh will guide you through movement patterns that complement endurance and aerobic training.
Throughout the workshop, attendees will progress through movement prep, isometrics, power, speed, agility, conditioning, and building strength utilizing Barbells & Kettlebells.
This workshop is recommended for all levels.
