Mindbody FAQs

  • Mindbody is the software we use to manage memberships, classes, and programs at VITAL.

  • Members can book a class in advance by selecting "Book" next to your desired class on our schedule (Brooklyn | LES | West Harlem & Upper East Side). We also accept walk-in bookings on a first come, first served basis.

  • Due to high demand and limited capacity, online class reservations are available to members only. Non-members may purchase day passes for classes in person on a first come, first served basis.

  • We do not offer the option for members to freeze accounts because we do not have sign up or cancelation fees and allow you to end a membership at any time without penalty.

  • Sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, you may do so by logging into your Mindbody account and following these instructions. When a membership is canceled, it will terminate immediately, so wait until one day before the renewal date of your current membership to do so.

  • Sometimes, errors can pop up in Mindbody. Don’t worry, you can refer to Mindbody’s support page. If the problem persists, please contact us.
