What is Mindbody?
Mindbody is the software we use to manage memberships, classes, and programs at VITAL.
How do I book a class?
Members can book a class at their Home Gym in advance by selecting "Book" next to your desired class on our schedule. We also accept walk-in bookings on a first come, first served basis.
How do I reserve a class spot if I’m not a member?
Due to high demand and limited capacity, we are limiting online class reservations to members only. Non-members may purchase single visit passes for climbing and/or classes in person on a first come, first served basis.
How do I freeze my membership?
We do not offer the option for members to freeze accounts because we do not have sign up or cancelation fees and allow you to end a membership at any time without penalty.
How do I cancel my membership?
Sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, you may do so by logging into your Mindbody account and following these instructions. When a membership is canceled, it will terminate immediately, so wait until one day before the renewal date of your current membership to do so.
What if I receive an error message in Mindbody?
Sometimes, errors can pop up in Mindbody. Don’t worry, you can refer to Mindbody’s support page. If the problem persists, please contact us at brooklyncrew@vitalclimbinggym.com.
