When are you opening?

We are now open as of Tuesday, November 12th, 2024!

When can I sign up for a membership?

You can visit us at the front desk to purchase a membership!

Can I visit this location with my current VITAL membership?

Yes! Note, your Home Gym is the gym you climb at most frequently and is something we continuously monitor. If you start climbing frequently at a gym that is not your Home Gym, your VITAL membership will be changed to reflect your current Home Gym. 

What offerings do you have?

  • Climbing! The climbing area is similar to that of the Brooklyn location. There is a comparable density with a variety of terrain, difficulty, and style. Plus—a few more steep walls! We also have a training area with campus board, hang boards, Tension Board, and Kilter Board.

  • Classes

    • Yoga: We have a full schedule with a variety of modalities in a beautifully designed and designated space.

    • Cycle: A full schedule of classes with amazing music and instructors in a customized studio designed to enhance and elevate (literally) the experience. 

    • Fitness: We have a dedicated area for small group training which will include a variety of the latest and highest quality fitness equipment. 

  • Fitness Space! There is a large dedicated fitness space with a variety of equipment including cardio and weight lifting. In addition, there is an open floor space for stretching, core, or body weight exercises. 

  • Open Workspaces & Wifi! There is a variety of tables and chill spaces throughout the gym. There is also a public space that will have a large community table and all sorts of other nooks and crannies to check your email between climbs.

  • Cafe! Our friends at Georgie’s have a variety of tasty snacks and drinks on the menu.

  • Slackline! - We have a permanent slackline installed in a dedicated area.  

Is this location be 24 hour access?

Yes, we are currently operating 24/7 for members.

Are you hiring?

Do you have showers and locker rooms? 

Yes, plenty! Most of our restrooms and all of our showers are single occupant.

Our lockers have electronic keypads so you don't have to bring your own lock. We don't offer overnight locker use or rentals.

Do you have aerial classes?  

We do not have an aerial program at this location. The space is beautiful with high ceilings but was not conducive for rigging without taking away from climbing areas so we opted to not include this program.

Do you have a sauna? 

This location does not have a sauna. If you'd like to use a sauna, check out our location in Brooklyn, which has a sauna and outdoor showers on the roof.

Can I prebook classes here if I am a member at another VITAL? 

The Home Gym class booking policy will still apply as it does for all of our other locations: you won't be able to pre-book outside of your Home Gym, but you can always show up and take a class where space is available. 


Presale Memberships FAQ

Does my presale membership get me 24/7 access and allow me to attend classes?

Yes! Presale memberships have all of our normal membership benefits, including 24/7 access and free yoga, cycle, fitness, and climbing classes.

You will also have access to visit all VITAL locations once your membership is active, but LES must be your Home Gym, i.e. the gym you visit most frequently.

Can I choose when my presale membership begins?

Presale memberships are redeemable anytime within the first 90 days of the grand opening date. Memberships automatically begin at 90 days on February 10th, 2025 if not redeemed prior.

How will I receive my guest passes?

Presale annual membership purchasers will receive 5 guest passes when they activate their membership in person at the gym. These can be used as regular Single Visit Passes.

Can I freeze my account if I buy a presale membership?

We do not provide full or partial refunds for canceled annual memberships, so please keep your next 12 months in mind when making this purchase.

We do not offer the option for members to freeze accounts. This is because we do not have sign up fees and allow you to cancel a month-to-month membership at any time without penalty. 

How can I activate or renew my membership?

Please visit us in the gym to activate or renew! We cannot update your account via email or phone.

If I’m a month-to-month member at another VITAL location but want to switch my membership to LES, does it make sense to buy a presale membership?

Yes—you can continue your month-to-month membership for up to 90 days after our opening date, at which time your LES membership will be automatically activated.

Please be aware that by canceling your month-to-month membership, you will lose your historic pricing. If you opt to sign up for a month-to-month membership at a future date, this will be set at the current pricing.

Can I get a refund?

You may get a refund up until our grand opening date on November 12th. Once we open, you may no longer request a refund.
